Meet the Team

Notes of Harmony is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization passionate about providing youth around the world with the equipment and resources they need to be actively engaged in music and cultural education.

We’re a small group, but we have big ideas about what education can do to make a more joyous and peaceful world. We truly believe that cultural education for children can enhance the lives of youth, and we’re all committed to advancing arts and music education for all youth. That’s why, in 2013, we started Notes of Harmony to support this cause.

Charles Lu

Charles Lu

Director and Co-founder

Charles Lu is a sophomore at Stanford University where he is excited to spend his next three years. He’s very passionate about music and has played the piano since age 6. Charles is also active in various community projects, such as leading the re-election campaign for Bellevue, WA Mayor Conrad Lee in 2013.

Anthony Guo

Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder

Anthony Guo is a second year Computer Science student at Oxford University in the UK. He currently works at internships at technology companies where he develops new technology and researches alternatives solutions for existing problems. He has played piano since the age seven, and has also played the violin for several years.

Arjun Dave

Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder

Arjun Dave is a freshman at the University of California, Berkeley, where he is planning to major in Energy Engineering. Previously, he was a student at Interlake High School, where he was a part of the the Gifted High School Program (PRISM). In the past, Arjun has worked with with Bellevue Mayor Conrad Lee on his re-election campaign’s strategy and content creation. He has been playing tabla, and Indian percussion instrument, since he was eight years old.

Tina Guo is a freshman at Interlake High School. She has been playing the piano since the age of five, and has also taken an interest in the flute since the age of ten.
